Shipping

Once I place my order, when will it ship?

We strive to dispatch orders within one business day from order placement (times may vary during promotional periods). Some order items may be dispatched from our Australian warehouse. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible after order placement with estimated shipping timeline.

(Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major New Zealand or Wellington holidays).

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! We currently offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not but we are able to receive items from Australia.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide an alternate shipping address during checkout.

When can I expect my delivery

Your order may be shipped from either our New Zealand or Australian warehouse, based on stock availability.

From New Zealand
Metro: Up to 2 Business days
Rural: Up to 5 Business days

From Australia
3-7 Business days. (time may vary depending on clearance through customs)
